Whisky Flatts Music Festival is a small intimate festival with big festival vibes nestled in the beautiful landscape of north-central Alberta only two hours north of Edmonton, featuring local Alberta talent and provide top-of-the-line audio and visual production.
Redwater artist Deb Laninga works in realism to preserve “that moment”; the moment where our humanity shines and is most evident and revealing. Shown throughout her sculptures of the figure and portrait, she creates art that captures a scene that will stay in your mind, a moment where you identify with emotions, memories, family, friends, and community.
1st Annual Beach Fest being held on the shores of Lesser Slave Lake on Devonshire Beach. This not to be missed event promises to be the Beach Party of the summer and includes a Sandcastle competition, Games, Food, Music & Fun for the whole family.
The Wildberry Festival held the second weekend of August celebrates the best of Boyle, all centred around a “wild berry” theme. This street fair and market happens in Downtown Boyle, with vendors, entertainment and kids activities. There is also a jam session and pancake breakfast. Hosted by the Boyle Community Betterment Committee and the Boyle Agricultural Society.

May to September, Thursdays from Noon to 3 pm, you’ll find an amazing selection of artisan crafts, baked goods and in-season produce at the Boyle Farmers’ Market! The market is hosted at the Boyle Community Centre in Downtown Boyle.
From May to September, on Saturdays at the Athabasca Riverfront you can get the best in Make It – Bake It – Grow It the region has to offer! 10 am to 2 pm. On occasional Saturdays, other events happen at the Riverfront, so look for the Farmers’ Market at the Seniors Centre or another venue.
