Glen Leitch started Patricia Street Deli 20 years ago with a simple mission: create delicious sandwiches for the active locals and all the visitors that descend upon Jasper in the summers—to have a delicious healthy lunch on their hikes, bikes, canoe and road trips. They are still a bonafide mom & pop shoppe.
